The food here is really good. Every dish that we ordered was delicious. I love the ambiance and we could see the view of the Manila Bay outside the window. We were seated at the sofa area. The service was okay. I would definitely come back to try other food from their menu.

A very high end Chinese restaurant at Conrad Hotel. The food here was so good that I came back 3x to try different dishes and I was impressed! It's quite pricey but you get what you pay for in consistency and quality. The ambiance and view was great also and the staff is super helpful and attentive. Food service was as expected. Definitely one of the top Chinese restaurants I have eaten in the Philippines.

Staff was attentive. Majority of the food ordered was delicious. The second radish cake order was a bit on the burnt side, but when their attention was called, they prepared another one for us. There are a lot of dim sum varieties you can choose from unlike some Chinese restaurants in other hotels. Would definitely go back to try different dishes and dim sum. For birthday celebrations, they do give a slice of cake with birthday greetings. Servers would also join and sing a birthday song to the celebrant. They provide small stools also for bags.

An Amazing Culinary Experience. There is Chinese Food and there is really good Chinese Food. This place serves amazing dishes. From the crunchy skin of the Peking Duck to the Mushroom Truffle Bun to the Almond Jelly with Lychee Sorbet - the list goes on and on. A must try if you are craving for good Chinese Food.

One portion of this restaurant has an impressive view of Manila Bay. I bet it has a stunning sunset view. It would have been nicer if a bigger portion of the restaurant's facade would have that view, too. The food was absolutely amazing! I must say the Cherry Tomatoes and plums in red vinegar appetizer was an explosion of flavors in your mouth. I loved the Crispy Oyster Mushrooms, too. As one popular chips brand says, "Once you pop, you can't stop!" Our soup of pork ribs, mushrooms, and wintermelon came in individual bowls resting on some kind of warmer made of china. It was equally delicious. We also had the fried pork, stewed chicken and crispy squid. We ended our meal with their Black and Gold Egg Custard Buns. When you sink your teeth into the soft steamed buns, the decadent egg custard inside just gushes out like a pleasant surprise. All in all, it was a marvelous dining experience.

China Blue is an elegant and beautiful Chinese restaurant inside Conrad Hotel Manila. They offer “modern interpretations of classic Chinese dishes”, which is a phrase that generally scares me but this one turned out great. First on the table was their Steamed house specialty truffle mushroom buns which was out of this world delicious. The buns were soft & pillowy while the filling was very, very tasty. Next up was their Crispy oyster mushrooms, curry flavored fried garlic and sour cream dip which was glorious! So crispy and yummy. I can imagine having these by the bucket while watching TV at home. The barbecued honey-glazed Matsusaka pork neck was also nice but a little too sweet for my taste. It’s a bit of a one-note dish. We also ordered the Classic seafood hot and sour soup which was okay but a bit too understated in its sourness. The final dish was the Mapo Tofu which was not in their menu but which their kitchen graciously prepared. The tofu was firmer but the dish was not spicy enough. It’s not bad just fell a little short of expectations. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Will be back to try their other dishes and that crispy oyster mushroom!

First time in this place and glad the experience was worth it! Great food, great service! Shoutout to Joshua and Carlos who really made sure that our dining experience was nothing short of amazing. 😊 Just one dampener though. We wanted our picture taken in the receiving area where the couch was. The girl whom my nephew requested to take the picture was not at all nice. She appeared to be in a hurry and well, not so accommodating at all. I didn't get her name though. I hope she wouldn't be like that. Good thing, we had a good lunch and I no longer bothered to complain about her. Will be back next month. I hope whoever she is, she will be in a better mood if and when we get to encounter her again.
